Delivery Times

Order Processing: After you place an order, we begin processing it and arrange for the shipping company to collect it from our warehouses or directly from the product manufacturer.

Delivery: Once your order is collected, the shipping company is responsible for delivering it safely and on time to your specified location.

We typically process most orders within 24–48 business hours.


Time to Ship

Each product page on our website includes an estimated shipping timeframe from the warehouse. Shipping times may vary based on order volume, inventory status, and warehouse operations. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, occasional stockouts may occur. If so, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss available alternatives.

Orders are shipped either directly from the product manufacturer or from our warehouse in Waco, Texas, depending on the item and inventory availability.


Time in Transit

Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped using ground service, which is the most economical option. Smaller items typically ship via UPS or FedEx, while larger products are shipped by freight carrier.

Ground shipping generally takes 2–5 business days from the ship date. Transit times may be shorter if the shipping origin and destination are geographically close.


Expedited Delivery

Some products that ship via UPS or FedEx offer expedited shipping options at checkout. If you select an expedited method, please note there may still be a brief processing period before the order ships.
